Penny is has been working in sales & business development for 10+ years, with more than 20 clients under her belt.
She’s worked with clients ranging from Twitter to Tetra Pak in locations across Australia, Europe, and the US
Penny headed up business development at two widely recognized digital product agencies, and has expertise in innovation, design, facilitation and coaching. 
She has also been self-employed for 5+ years, and has first-hand experience in how to succeed in self-employment.
Penny is also an Olympian (Athens 2004) and a writer who has been published in The Guardian and Huffington Post.
